In a prime location within Mülheim an der Ruhr, we have carefully repurposed a former industrial production site into a contemporary hub for commerce, learning, and recreation across three phases of development. Initially, a dilapidated complex was renovated into a sleek office space with retail offerings. Subsequently, we introduced a state-of-the-art municipal educational center. The final phase, set for completion in 2024, will see the transformation of old production edifices into a vibrant sports park featuring climbing facilities, paddle tennis courts, and basketball areas.
